I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, like these things usually are, but the parts were easy to find and get. Straightforward experience overall.

Just putting this out there for anyone nervous about ordering an Inogen unit from inogen.com: mine has been really dependable so far. I’ve been using it most days for months, and it still turns on every time without weird error messages or randomly shutting down on me.
The battery life has stayed consistent too, which is a big deal when I’m out and don’t want to be stuck worrying about it. It’s not some flashy thing to rave about, but it just works, and that’s exactly what I needed. 5 stars from me.

I wore this for hours and didn’t feel bothered by it at all. It’s light, comfortable, and just made me feel relaxed because I wasn’t constantly thinking about taking it off.

The sales guy was actually helpful and didn’t come across pushy at all. He answered my questions quickly, and the ordering process was easy enough. Maybe they train their team really well or I just got lucky, but either way it was a good experience.

I assumed these would be basic, but the accessories actually feel sturdy and well made. The only thing I noticed right away was the tubing fits a little tight, so I figured it might take some adjusting. Overall, still a good set.

The filters are really easy to clean and swap out, which I appreciate. I’m kind of worn out from products that need constant attention or some service call for every little thing, so it’s nice that this one doesn’t make me fuss with much.
